Digital Signage is becoming my favourite subject and reason is very simple that it is the future of signage industry. I mean some way it is already here but next few years are going to be really exciting. From influx of Chinese manufactures to mushroom growth of local digital signage companies, everyone wants to have their piece of pie without realizing that end of the day we all have to make sure we deliver the customer promise.
So other day I decided to do search on a famous sourcing web site on how many manufactures are available for digital signage products and to my surprise..I came across over 1800 supplier offering digital signage kiosk products. Now that was an eye opener so I decided to take another step and made few inquiries for some of the future needs we have for digital signage products. So far experience is kind of mix as some are really good and some are just trying to move boxes without any focus on quality.
In the past we have used some USA products and without any hesitation we will use it again. The issue comes when we bring two different pricing in front of customers and explain them why one is expensive then other. Different of pricing is almost double and that is becoming a growing concern.
We are working on an exciting 22″ Android Digital Kiosk (IdeasMenu Kiosk) for Restaurant, Cafes, Hotels, Resorts and Casinos. We have used reliable brands keeping customer focus as top priority. I will be sharing more information about the new product soon till then lets keep exploring new avenues to make digital signage solution more customer friendly.
